FSL? I was out of the WSS except for scraps so I glued together as shown in the video. The pattern started off great & now the thread just doesn't catch to bobbin thread. Wrong wt even if doubled?

Dear one, just do something to take your mind off the FSL and enjoy it, when you get what you need to do the FSL, then you can do it. A flower for you.

dkjack, I don't believe that I would ever piece togehter my water soluable stabilizer to make a free standing lace design - I might do that to use on another project that needed WSS, but here. LSCE is a very strange project. The best thread, design and WSS is needed to make the best LACE, in my humble opinion. *4U
