hrm..well I went & read about this stuff (no pun intended lol) and couldnt find it on the few sites I went to (in AU). Tho it is available via ebay AU from the USA for around $9 with postage being another $11 which isnt bad.
Depending on what you're stiffening, you could make up your own bottle of spray starch (buy the starch in a box from Coles etc in the laundry lane), or buy the spray can of starch (aerosol - but its pretty expensive - same laundry lane of the supermarket). I also thought of hair spray since the description of Stiffen Stuff says that it can be washed out, or stiffened even more with more applications (which is what hair spray does, right? - test first of course). If you want more permanent stiffening you could use a matt or gloss acrylic spray varnish from Spotlight or craft shops - test first as this wont wash out.
Another option would be to beg one of our US buddies to send you a bottle since its a pump pack and not a spray can/aerosol it'll get thru customs with no problems :) xXx

wow, thanks so much .. i think i might give the hair spray ago.. i could only find that particular one on ebay from US. making it up yourself, sounds way to difficult lol.

4309what is 'stiffen stuff spray glue'? I got a can of adhesive spray from spotlight in the craft section,for my embroidery.
