11473I was just reading 10tje's comment. Not just her own site but here too! I've been here a very long time and can't understand some people. She says it will also be her last post here on Cute. I hope not because I will miss her greatly. The person responsible for all of this needs to get a life. What have you accomplished by attacking this woman who was nothing but kind, generous and so helpful to so many? I know I've said this before but I'm saying it again. Are we not all adults? Grow up! I feel like I'm back in jr high again. 10tje I really hope you come back when the hurt subsides. The majority of us will miss you too much.

How often does this happen even when there are women involved that have the same hobby and should support each other instead of making trouble?
Here in Germany you can see that this happens about every year once that the bad rumors start between two crafters and then a real battle starts between their "followers". I have to admit this seems to be something typical female: cuttiness :o(
So don't let them destroy your work and stay here and at your own site. Like one of the best german bloggers (Luzia Pimpinella) said: This blog is my "living-room" and I will disinvite everybody who will bother me here. Please do the same and kick them out ;o)

I know it is none of my business to pop up and give advice but ....You had a nice site with alot of very great designs, you worked hard to get it set up and going so... why in the world would you just give up and let some jealous people make your decisions for you? You hang in there and do not let this person/persons get the satisfaction of taking away something that you enjoy so much!
You need to hold your head up and be very proud of all that you have done! I can not imagine why any person would want to cause so much hurt to all of us causing you to shut down the site that you worked so hard to acheive! I do know it happens because it has been an ongoing thig in a couple of Yahoo Groups for several yrs now. I got tired of the mess going on for so long and I just cancelled by membership to both of the sites. I know it hurts to work so hard to acheive a goal and when it finally happenes, someone trieds to ruin it for you. I do hope that you get all of the mess worked out and can continue what you love to do! When it comes to the point that it is more trouble than it is worth and makes your life miserable, it is time to either fight or get out! My personality is to FIGHT but I will say that I have hurt my ownself at times fighting for a lost cause.
The main thing for you to remember is that you are the most important person in this venture and you must do what makes your life easier and the happiest! Good luck to you in all you do! There is so much tragedy in this world, why would anyone purposely cause more hurt. The bullies in this world have got to STOP before they bring the pain that they cause others back upon themselves twofold, it will happen and then they will not understand why their pain is so great.....they do not recognize themselves as bullies.....well maybe we should help them recognize themselves....To me a bully is someone who has no regard for anyone elses feelings but themselves...They FORCE their own opinions on others as if it is their right to do so...They place judgements on others as if it is their place to do so....They inflict mental anguish by finding others weaknesses and then take aim at that weakness as often as possible openly and through inuendos....In summary they are very unhappy & delight in being a part of causing the unhappiness of others........Cuties, this is just my reflection of a bully and I hope that we can just love one another because we are different and not dislike each others differences......Hugs..Vicki

This is very sad and a terrible thing to have happen.
The embroidery digitising world seems to be very competitive and sometimes attracts the most deranged, jealous people, though heaven only knows why.
I don't think I ever visited 10tje's site but, from everyone's comments, it sounds like one I would have enjoyed visiting so now it upsets me even more that some vicious, ignorant, low life has caused us the loss of a beloved member of our community and caused her such pain that she has decided to quit her favourite hobby.
If you know who this person is, I wish you would tell us as we don't welcome cruel, jealous people here at Cute.
I pray that you will come back and let us help you find a way to deal with this moron.

I would rather learn from someone with your experience than be jealous of your talent. Jealous would get me nothing, however my asking questions I learn for each and every one of you AND have a chance to develop my own talent whether is the same or as good as yours means nothing to me. Your talents are what make you and give you the followings you have. A wise person will learn from you instead of be cruel and mean. I think we all realize right now you need some time to lick your wounds so to speak, but we ask that you remember all the good caring people you have met through your site and others.
