has anyone else had this problem if so do u have a suggestion for me

you may need to reinstall your licence numbers.
in the main page top right click help
then select passwords..
this will show you if you have put your passwords in
you cannot save a file during the trial with out the
passwords.

Do you have the full licence or are you running the trial?
