I have no trouble with my Internet Explorer but I checked my Security & it is set on 'Medium High' as 'vickiannette' says hers is, so follow her directions & it should work fine

Is there a small box on the right that says something about "don't show this again"? If so click that and it should eliminate the problem. If we are talking about the same thing.

Hi - I have just started getting the same pop up,I think they must have done an update on the program. The way I get around it is to right click and 'Save Target as' (I have to do this to download some Pes designs too) Hope that helps, Jan

Hi, try this- click the Tools button on the toolbar, then scroll to Internet Options and click it. Then choose the Security tab at the top (when the page appears) and then you can move the security bar a bit. Mine is set at 'Medium-high' and seems to let all the freebies in.

Mine is on Medium-High also. sometimes when Internet Explorer is updated it changes some settings. after a while it seams to leave it alone

Are you using internet explorer? if so the first thing I would recommend is switch to firefox or google chrome. but if you don't want to do that you will need to change your security settings. I just went into internet explorer to try and replicate your problem and I remembered why I haven't used it for years. the link for firefox is bellow.
