I love doing ITH (in the hoop) projects and was curious to know what your FAVORITE website is where you purchase them. I'm only asking hoping for replies in case there might be some sites I haven't visited...I need some new projects...lol

If you want a BIG project then you must try the hoopsisters.com site with their quilts in the hoop.
I have just finished one...the Compass Star and it is beautiful and the embroidery on it is just superb. I have bought 3 more and can't wait to get them done. I have the 8x8 in hoops and the blocks are that size. blocks are completely made in hoop, then sewn together with sewing machine. Will try to post on projects if I can...the quilt is 48"x48" but some of the other quilts can be made as big as you wish....I have made several of the bag type things from DBS and they turned out just great....the 5x7 bags were freebies from the site and I showed them at my embroidery group and they were amazed that I was able to do this....they hadn't tried any ITH projects......go figure......

I LOVE ITH... What I do most is the clippies, pencil toppers/suckerholders and treat bags...I get most of my designs from the places mentioned below and here.

I have not yet embroidered any ITH items, but I have to say that of the sites I've viewed, I think Embroidery Garden has to be my favorite. Their samples of ITH shown look very nice and well done.

My hoop is only 4x4 so I am very disappointed that I can't do much with it. Wish I had known more about embroidery machine before I got mine. Can't afford to upgrade and mine is just for my fun, never sold anything.

I have been drooling over these ITH animals that Gerda makes, now with a new grand and a great niece next year, I have been whittling down choices. She is having a great sale right now.
I do have some zippy designs that I love and use often. Have lots from Cassandra, but she really uses thick satin stitching, so I have been taking them into Density Works of designer's gallery and lowering the stitch count. Jo

This is my favorite ITH site. Her designs stitch out great. My Godchildren all love her animals.

When I saw your question I thought you meant a fan made in the hoop and the only fans I knew I had were either FSL or a 'normal' embroidery design. :)Had a nice giggle when I read the rest of your question - and did I need one today!

Yes I love them too. I like the toweltoppers from Smartneedle and has done the coasters and baby bibs also. Their stuff is great. I've also done some of the toweltoppers here from cute. When stitchdelight had their sale I bought quite a few "projects" I can not wait for my holiday to start on Friday as I want to try the hanger covers. Unfortunately largest hoop that I have is 5x7 and can only make for a kiddies hanger.

I purchased the ITH Christmas Ornaments from Embroidery Library. They take quite a bit of time to make, I've only made two of them. Could you tell me what your favorite ITH project is so far? I would like to try something else.
