lol...I couldn't type when my nails were short and can't tell any difference when they grow out really long.....I still fat finger the wrong keys.
I have had acrilyic nails on occastion and had them filed straight across, like a square then tap the keys with the nail instead of your finger tip. You might buy a program that you can dictate into. And last result use spell check. Good Luck
Mine are hard, snap off when I bump them and they curl under so I can't let them get too long.
I keep my nails short these days, I can't grow them long without a lot of fuss and attention, but when I did have them long I would have them only at a certain length so that I could still type. This way they still looked nice but were practical.
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, sometimes I cut my fingernails every week they are very strong and grow too fast. The only time they got thin was when I was undergoing chemotherapy.****
I have seen people type with long nails and some have used their knuckles to type and even an erasser to hit the keys. You could always file them down a bit so they don't get in the way of typing.
Aaah you are so lucky!! I am one of those gals whose nails don't grow faster than I wear them out!! It seems that hitting the wrong keys is the price you pay for having lovely long nails.
Funny thing with my nails, if I take too much notice in caring for them they break off! Hand cream is all I use!
Elizabeth , a can't type with short nails. haha
So you can see by my messages , when I have broken a nail or 2
