at a resturaunt. They wanted to try this new resturaunt! So I jumped up put on my sandles and an a short sleeve shirt. What was I thinking? It was 50 degrees outside! Ended up at the hospital until 11:00. But thank goodness everything check out alright. I was purple the whole evening. Now I do have a Thanksgiving Story and thankfully everything turn out alright!

At least the ending is better than the ending and all is well today hopefully....I hate those panic times, but somehow I seem to not panic until it is all over and then I get the hot flash or whatever.....
was it the food or just get something lodged in his windpipe....hope it wasn't a heart attack.....

Your Dad was so lucky. Once when my daughter was in an accident I showed up at the emergency room where she had been taken to, Nurse bought me some slippers, seems I had only one shoe on and had not noticed.Glad your Dad is alright.

I am so glad that everyone is OK. That is not a way to make it a memorable Thanksgiving. I hope you are not purple anymore and have thawed out. Best thing is that your dad is well.

So glad your Dad is doing well. Hope they don't find anything wrong. I would have been like you, in the hospital in flip flops and shorts freezing!
