You must be clicking on the picture and downloading it. Make sure you are selecting your format and clicking on the DOWNLOAD button. I have downloaded all and they are all designs.

Yep, that's how I do it. There is a picture of the stitchout but it doesn't seem to have stitches. My machine isn't acknowledging it and it does others.
I'm having a "scratching my head" moment.
