I am so glad that all is "fixed" now. This site has just gone through some tech. problems and was down for several days and Miss Veronika changed servers, or at least that is what someone told me. It had a few kinks in it when it went back online for a couple of days but Miss Veronika is a very nice person and very fair in all of her dealings. I am sorry that this happened and hope you can forgive all of us that did not get "in there" for you. I think most of us were just a bit "off kelter" with the site being down for those days because there have very few problems at this site. I hope you have a great time downloading as I did the first time I got my membership. It is such a bargin and the designs are wonderful. Welcome to alot of fun!

To day I did receive an email and it was all straiten out my membership did start in December 5Th instead of November 5th. A month of complaining was way too long. I want to say thank you for all the help. You were the only person that respond to me to get any thing accomplished. Click on the Private tab and in the space for who it goes to type in TEST, that is the site's owner or helper's tag name. Then tell them the problem, hopefully they can figure it out for you quickly. That is the quickest way to get a message to them.
Was this about the time when the site was down? I have lost track of time, I am wondering if it was because of the site being down that data may have been lost. Any way use the contact form Miss Veronica may take a bit of time to get back to you but I assure you she will sort the problem out. if you paid with paypal your receipt will be in your paypal account as paid to EmbPersons.

Got to the bottom of this page to "contact us" and leave an urgent message. I have heard of problems for 2 or 3 days when a member signs up, but not a month. Something must have gone wrong. Please state your problem in your message.
