I need to contact someone about an order placed today, paid for but unable to download due to "fatal error" also get a message when I try to "contact us". any suggestions?

I placed it on Cuteembroidery.com
apparently theres something wrong somewhere....cant get the contact button to do anything either. Dont know how to contact them
