(not including mine which was the lastest). Let's be more helpful in growing gardens. For those who are new, each time you see a blossom flower, just click on it. Doesn't matter if you've replied or not, its just acknowledging the Cutie for taking time to share/questions/or answer the post. Just thought I'd remind everyone. Hugs, Terre

I'm so glad you posted this, for a long while I would look at the flowers and just go Duh! not knowing what to do until I found out I could enter the question area and learned how easy it was....I do give flowers to all it just seems the right thing to do and I enjoy it.....well I enjoy it until my slow-mo dial-up decide to just stall, then I have to get off hit internet explorer again and come back to give the rest of the flowers (one of the many little test in patience I get).....thanks for posting this......Gods blessing Janet

I started awhile back giving flowers to all who respond to a post I read and commented on myself. It only takes a second and yes, there have been times I've had to go back and finish but...those people get more flowers quicker this way. I love it when someone is happy and surprised to see how quickly their garden has grown. I find it amazing myself! Just hit 1400 today! This is very encouraging to the newer folks who may be shy about commenting and posting. The more folks who participate, the more we all learn something. It really is more fun to give than to recieve!lol

Thank you for this. I wondered how I received extra flowers at times. Will certainly start to do this now. I always gave to the digitisers and projects and other links that I opened.

Terre, I am glad to see - that I am not the only one - that gives a flower to every person that comments - I may not always post a comment - but if I take the design - I give a flower to the digitizer and to all that make a comment.

Yes Shirlene, I might not d/l or make comment, but if I see the post or open it and see the replies, I give out flowers. It's only fair since I participate in some way.

Most of the time I try to give flowers to all but sometimes I'm in ahurry and just give a flowers to the writer of the post. Is there are quicker way to give flowers to all p.e. at the posts for votingrequests? If you are the number 50 and more it needs some time to click on the flower for everybody ;o)
Greetings, Bettina

Bettina, start at the bottom and just go up - it takes some time - but once you get in the habit of doing it - you start to enjoy handing them out - if you don't have time - then go back later - when you do.

embroiderymad by embroiderymad 24 Oct 2010

Yes I found it is much quicker to start at the bottom and come up. That way the screen doesn't keep moving while your clinking the flowers.

I always leave a trail a flowers behind me.

keeponsewing by keeponsewing 24 Oct 2010

Yes Bettina, I discovered that also if you start at the bottom and move up you can click more and it goes faster. Dilceia made a good suggestion and that is on a weekend, she will take one random person and click on their flowers just for that time. LOL I think that is a brilliant idea.

kalinelson by kalinelson 24 Oct 2010

This is great to know.....I will start at the bottom from now on....thanks so much.

Terre, I also already saw this... And I agree with you. I love giving flowers!!!!!!
Today I took Sunday to stay in the internet and to give flowers . Today, I chose a friend (????) to give many flowers. When the person has many postages, it gets easier of help. This person that I chose, it has maaaany postages.

Dilceia, What a fabulous idea! Just choose a random person and spend the day helping them with their bouquet... I think I'm going to try that. Thank you, my dear, for the idea... Hugs, Terre

Thank You for this info. I'm relatively new to the group and I always wondered how you gave flowers to people. Here's one for you and everyone here.

Betty - to give one to everyone - you have to go down to each name and click on their flower - if not - you haven't given them a flower.

keeponsewing by keeponsewing 24 Oct 2010

Thank you Betty for my flower. When it doubt, just click it out. hehehe. When you click if it says "thanks" the you know that person has received the flower. We don't get anything from it, just fun and to know that we are appreciated. LOL.

I posted this ?? about a month ago. Seems that cuties are giving at the top level, but not bothering to sprinkle their flowers on down. Let's all give a flower and a lift of spirits to everyone.

the more we see you - the easier it gets to give you a flower, too.

Sometimes somebody has to remind us about how to do this. I have tried at times and didn't do it right, so please keep telling us how. Also when do you do it?

keeponsewing by keeponsewing 23 Oct 2010

Anytime you see a flower and it doesn't have the word thanks beside it, then just click and it will give that person a flower. I see you are almost at 1000. Yippee
