29648Happy Anniversary Debra. I hope you have many more happy years together. Don't worry about gifts - that is not what it is all about. As long as you do not get a "gift" such as the one my hubby gave me for our last anniversary - he decided to do some "gardening". His "gardening is also known as hacking/mutilation. He "trimmed" a vine beyond repair - one that I had been nurturing. Only the day before had I commented to my daughter how thick and lovely it had grown!!!! Have a good day filled with love. Coral

Oh no! Mine is not good at gardening, cleaning, repair work on the house or car or anything else for that matter, lol. I just keep him around cause he is pretty, lol!

It is easier to have a good second marriage if there were no children from the first ones. His ex had 2 but not his and she dropped contact so we have been ex free all these years!

Wow is right, lol, don't know how we haven't killed each other by now, lol. This is a 2nd marriage for both of us. My parents have been married for 57 years! We married in the same church they did.

My DH's mom died when he was 12 and his dad died 29 years ago so both young. His oldest sister is 70 though.
Thanks, I am running the sweeper everywhere I haven't for a while and I don't know where the heck he got to, been gone over 5 hours!!

Thanks, yeah, they take work to last this long. My parents have been married for 57 years! DH's parents have both passed away long ago.

Thank you, maybe he will even come home today, lol! He retired almost a year ago and he is always off somewhere. Stopping at the grocery store though, how sweet is that????

Thank you, the years just seem to fly by. A week ago our 31 year old son got married to his girlfriend of 10 years, it just passes so fast!

May stay home, he went off alone but is stopping at the grocery store (How great a guy is that??), might pick up a frozen pizza for easy supper today. I'm too busy on cute, LOL!

Thank you, I hope many more too. He talks of dying too much. Even when I was getting chemo for lung cancer he said he is dying first!

Tell him you want at least 60 anniversaries! I have some relatives in their 80's just celebrated their 50th anniversary. They are still having a blast together!
