Does anyone know if there is a problem at Holy Needle?

I keep getting the same thing! I have been registered on the site for a very long time , re-registered using the least used email addy and have sent them 3 different messages with no answer. I just gave up! Apparently they do not need customers very badly or they would answer their emails!

NO one has gotten back to me, seems to be an epidemic of this lately.
