7969The site is overloaded withover 3000 orders and emails..please do not email them as it will just cause a longer delay. This is a husband and wife operation so only two people are hard at work trying to please all of us....so please be patient we will get our design, it just make take longer than we'd like.

Yes you can shut down the computer but I would make a note of the items ordered. I am sure they will eventually get you your designs.
