secondly, the touch screen on my machine needs replacing (costly) and it has to be ordered. I am without my baby for at least another ten days. In the meantime the family think it is great because I am trying new recipes and baking (and doing housework) instead of sewing!

I know you'd rather be stitchin than in the kitchen. I just got mine back after 3 weeks and I know how you feel,it's very frustrating.

Oh my, what a shame. Not only are you out of the sewing bussiness for awhile, but the cost of fixing our babies is not a fun thought. Hope your family enjoys your cooking and baking, because when your baby gets home the party is over for them. LOL Judy

Sorry to hear your macine problems. What make of machine do you have? My machine is having screen problems so as it was a sunny day I have spent it in the garden pulling up brambles and enjoying the fresh air. Soon it will be too cold and probably wet

Seems like lately there have been a lot of machines going out for repairs, must be the change in seasons. Either that or they know Christmas is coming and they are going to be working like crazy and want a vacation first!

It's tough to be without your baby, I know. But each day brings it closer to being home with you. In the meantime you are both getting a break and your family is getting some TLC that they are obviously enjoying.
