I am new to forum. Can someone please tell me how to add another format to an already-posted design? Also, is there a help or FAQ page for newbies?

I'm afraid there's no way to add to or change anything in Designs by Cuties once it's posted. That's why you see different posts for one and the same design: adding a format is just not possible.

The only item you can edit or delete is something you posted in Projects (very nice when you want to add information asked for, or change a picture).

Your second question is already answered by others, so I won't repeat those.

Sometimes a cutie will change it for you. I have downloaded Pulse Ambassador to change formats but for the life of me I can't figure it out. Maybe Terre or Shirlene would like to come to Ohio for a weekend and teach me all the things I don't know how to do, lol.

jmiller45, WELOCME to the CUTE family - not sure what you mean about another format on an alredy-posted design - where is the design? There is a couple TUTORIALS under the popular topics - to the left of the Q&A area - if you click on TUTORIAL or TUTORALS - you should get some answers to navigate around - if that doesn't help - just ask questions - any of the CUTE family will answer if they don't know - they will leave you with a smile and a *4U - we hope that you find your way around or ask for help - have a great time. *4U, Shirlene

Shirlene I think jmiller45 has posted a design in DBC but needs to find out how to post more than one format

Sorry, maybe I misunderstood about the design ??

There is no help line. Checking the posts under the tutorial tab (blue on left side) may help. As far as the format change I believe you are asking about the postings under Designs by Cuties. I never have posted there and hope one of the designers will come around and asnwer your question.

I think that you just send a message to the Cutie who has posted the design and ask if she/he can plase post in your format. As for help and FAQ nobody mnds if you just post it here. There are such a lot of willing and helpful experienced people on this site that you can be sure that you will be answered. There are NO stupid questions !! Only things that you do not know the answer to yet.
There are also a lot of free programmes on the web that can change the format for you. I do not have a link as have never needed one, but if you ask, then I am sure that you will get a choice from other cuties. WELCOME TO OUR GROUP :-)
