on the christmasfont "M", I have downloaded and while I embroidery the "M" it will not complete the embroidery. What have I done wrong?

Sylvia, the only times I have ever had that problem,1) I was out of bobbin thread, 2)my software went on vacation without telling me, so I had to reboot. 3) something had fallen into my embroidery arm and it got stuck. Hope you figure out your gremlin and please do let us know, so we can add it to the list of what to look for. ;)
