We have lots of mosquitos & high humidity, but we also have quilt shops, craft stores and outlet malls!

Oh but think of all the shops you can go through and get wonderful ideas to bring back with you.....

Don't think like that! This world is REALLY big, and this site is really SMALL on the scale of things. Enjoy Tennessee through your daughter's eyes. We will still be here (and so will your machine) when you get back :) Have a great time--wish I was going :)

Have a wonderful time. It will be very pretty. And all the wonderful shopping that you can do while you are there.

I hope you enjoy our part of the country. Just remember we do get a lot of fog in the mornings , so be careful driving. i live about 60 miles north of Knoxville, at Cumberland Gap. beautiful here too. So make sure you bring your Kodak, you will see why they want the wedding here.

Welcome to my part of the world!! Not a lot of color yet, but still pretty. Be sure and take the Cades Cove loop. If you really want a good view, take the hay ride early morning from the Cove stables. One day a week they have a Ranger to tell you all about the Cove. But it's still a neat ride & the tractor pulled wagon does go before all the car traffic starts. There's a book costs $1 that tells you SO MUCH about the Cove & the people. We usually see bears when we go on the hay ride. Enjoy, enjoy!!

Apple Barn is in Pigeon Forge OR Sevierville, I believe. Yes, the food is good! Also there's another place called something like Old Mill that has WONDERFUL corn fritters. It's in Pigeon Forge.

Right now, Tennessee is going through the most beautiful fall. The weather is finally cooling off. Good luck. Enjoy
