This might sound silly but have you tried to reboot your machine? It often works. Sometimes your browsers cache gets too full and you either have to delete some of it or if your machine is set to clear it every time you start up a reboot will fix that. It's worth a try! Good luck!

yes, didn't work. The site sent me a message giving me my user name and passwork but when I put it in, it says I'm not registered---weird
