well i think pennifold gave you the answer to the problem. so just resize and try again. we will be waiting for you.
Good morning "Starlet",
I wanted to add to Terre's comment that the picture you post cannot be more than 3072kbs
This is what it says when you go to download your picture of your project:
"Your image should be a jpeg or gif (no animated gifs) Max 3072Kb".
It just takes a bit of time to do that. What I do is go the picture I want to download, click on the edit option and resize the picture (make it smaller in my case) and then resave it say as "Handtowel version 2" so that when you download it you can see at a glance that this will be the picture that has been resized. I hope this helps a little bit.
Love and blessings Chris
P.S. If I haven't welcomed you before - welcome from me - Chris, Newcastle, Australia
Here is a flower for you and will give you another for your project when found.
From Bev
Well startlet sounds like my efforts at loading to projects. Maybe we will master how to do it one day...
Doesn't Terre explain things to make them sound easy? LOL! You will figure it out, I did it and if I can do it anyone can.
Starlet, I went back 10 pages and didn't see anything. Did you load them from the project tab? Or from your account tab? You need to click on the project's tab and then to the right it says download a project. Click that, make your statement, click upload, find your picture and then click save. Wait for the picture to come up before you leave the area. Then click home and go back to project to make sure it loaded. Try it again and lets see if it works.Hugs, Terre
Thank you, dear Terre. I'm going to give it another try. (I'm not so dense in everyday life, lol). We, Gemminis are known for our intelligence, what's happening to me. Thank u , again and a huge hug
