Where is a good place to buy bath towels cheap?

I, too, get my towels at Kohls. I actually like the "cheaper" ones, The Big One, as it washes great & really holds up. I have been using these for hooded towels for years now & my grand daughters are still using theirs! The only down side is there aren't always a large selection of colors. As I can never find a pink one for a baby girl. If you will watch the ads, they have many sales & OFTEN the towels are half price. But read carefully, not ALL brands are on sale at the same time. AND if you go to the "power hour" you get additional money off..but again, you must read carefully. I was there one time about 30 mins before the time in the afternoon & they wouldn't sell them at the power hour price. I do understand, but left as I was going to get a lot. Waited until the next sale!

I like Kohl's for towels. If you have a Kohl's charge, you get coupon's for an additional % off.

i bought towels at Costco and loved them, but havent really priced any. Usually Costco is very competetive.

I get my towels at J.C.Penny's or Target for around $4 on sale. Stay away from Walmart's. They don't wash well. Never tried Anna's linens or Big Lots. I'll check them out.

I only buy the white ones, but you are right if they are color, specialy the small ones they loose the color on the first wash.

I used to have a West Point Pepperell Outlet store near me, but don't anymore. I have found some nice ones at Kmart. They were the Cannon Brand and were 5.99 each. That's not very expensive. If you are going to embroider on them, I'd be careful purchasing something that is very thin just to save $ cause your design will not look good.

If you have a JCPenny by you, I bought some really nice ones on sale for only 3.99 each. I embroidered on them for a shower gift for my daughter.

I have problems with the towel balling up after washing them. Even if I pay $10.00 or so. I would hate to give one to someone and they aren't nice after washed. Anyone else have this problem? Judy

?Are you washing only towels together? The only time I have had that problem, I had washed some other types of fabric (a raw edge polyester) in with the towels.
