What time zone is this site on? My account shows that my subscription expires tomorrow, but cannot download tonight. ????

Veronika Bulatova is the owner of this domain and I believe she lives in Florida, so if she uses the time zone for Florida it would be Eastern Standard Time. I could be completely wrong about that and if it is right then it would be already Sunday, August 29, 2010 at that time zone.
