I don't know the size but here if you scroll through the designs are several free toweltoppers.

On Embroidery Library, they have towel toppers to fit the 4 x 4 hoop. They are not free..but they have a lot of sales if you sign up. But they do them entirely different than these are done. I really like the looks of these, can't wait to try it.
