Designs by Sick has this page of cheerleaders.

Embroidery Library has some nice cheerleader with pom poms. You could just embroider the pom poms part.

If you have software you can use these designs for pom poms BUT you have to have software to split/cut the designs to your liking... I am sorry this is all I could find so far
