What is it supposed to be? Which design?

the design is #1943247 christmas has a hole at the top so you can put on a towel and the hole is for hanging it up it was a freebie on 8/12
11002I'm new to this also, it just seems like sometimes this happens. I think it has to do with the computer listing matching the right motif and it is probably error of person putting on site hitting the wrong one.
