I just did a search on the word Hanzi and there are a lot of different places to look. I found some names already translated but I don't know if that will help or not.
The word Thanks is there. Click on uncatagorized in the left hand column.

You have two possibilities to create the lettering.

First you will have to have the font installed to your computer, this could be difficult for this complete asian font might require some different system resources.
I use Win7 and had a lot of build in foreign alphas, but to activate them your country settings have to be changed.
Maybe you will find a foreign font you can intall for just the words you need (like a dingbat font).
If it is installed to your computer you can run a special software to create the embroidery automatically.

The second way would be to create it from a picture with a digitizing software, for letters are one coloured and have clearly defined shapes this wouldn't be too complicated.
But: need appropriate software for both.

As far as I know the japanese kanji was inspired from chinese hanzi- do you think (for the letters are like paintings) they correspond? I don't, but if you just need these 3 words it might be easier to look for ready made designs.
Our dear Yoriko made some freebies and we had some links in the freebie section for kanji pages.
And these links just for inspiration (there are a lot more to find).
Greetings

OOps, maybe I got the question wrong, you know how to handle the digitizing thing, you are asking for a dictionary?
Google translator shows 2 different types of chinese lettering, I think the traditional is what you are looking for.
