I have downloaded this design in jef format, not knowing for sure if it's the same of another one I had downloaded earlier. Better two files than none!!! :-) Thank you!!!!
I would love to have the larger version for my grandchildren. Is it available in Pes? Thanks!
Thanks to both of you! It only took 90 pages to find it but well worth the time!
Hey embroiderymad, thanks for doing that! Just yesterday my five year old asked if I could make her one of the angel scissor holders that I made from Lee-Anne's wonderful designs and I said they wouldn't fit the scissors that she uses(with my supervision), but now I have no excuse. So I am actually in the middle of doing this one for her! THANK YOU AND THANKS TOO to Lee-Anne.

Thankyou so much for this. It is great to have it in this size for the kids scissors.
thank you for enlarging it and putting it in .jef, this one I can try to make.
Thanks to both of you.
Thank you so very much for this larger design. I loved all the scissor holders, but my scissors didn't fit the smaller ones.
Can you do it in PES? I don't have a program to change it and I sure would love to have it in PES Thanks for sharing.
hoop stablizer and felt, sew design steps one to five, then slip another piece of felt under your hoop (made sure to lift your foot up so you can get it right under and then put it back down) sew last step, this is the last outline. Then take out of hoop and trim all around the owl and then cut the felt on the front layer of the owl inbetween the lines under the eyes and over the nose. (look at picture) Make sure not to cut the back layer of felt. He's just the perfect size for your embroidery scissors
Thank you for this beautiful model and additional information. I've never tried this technique but it's pretty clear now for me to try my luck.
pay no attention to color chart above there are 6 colour changes. For instruction see smithandsmiths owl file.
