My husband got me the 1500D for Christmas. I LOVE my machine, the only things I don't like about it is I can't use a USB stick (memory stick). It's worth the little extra to get the 2500D which you have the option of a using a memory stick, if you carry your machine for classes etc...You can use a memory card with the 1500. I don't have the reader software with mine, and I use the Pulse Ambassador software on my computer to see pictures of the design.

I don't have a USB with my machine now only a usb cable so it probably won't make much of a difference for me. The machine up from that would be around $6000 way out of the price range, but a lovely machine

As soon as it comes on special I will get it. At the moment it is $4000 and the woman at the shop told me it drops around $1000 at Christmas or Mothers day so I will be there
