I sent you a PM. Look at the tab Private (you have to exit the question to see it). It should have +1 on it. open it and that's it.
This a picture of an ITH patchwork pincushion I made. I could easily send you the outline and add some small design, a flower, a date, or something if you wish.

Here you can find a ith-heart in 2 sizes; you don't have to buy the complete set (it's 11,06$ but worth it ;-) you can buy a single designs for 3,69$ (choose "single design your choice") or you take one of the happy birthdayhearts (> single designs> in-the-hoop) and leave away the flowers to stitch it faster ;o) Hope there is something for you...
greetings, Bettina

Could you sew out a large heart--sew felt to the back leave an opening--fill it--then cut out the felt around the heart? Just a thought. H&*

Check on your built in designs. My Janome 10001 has a nice size heart - but it sews the whole heart - doesn't leave room to add lavender

just stop the machine when have enough room to add the lavender leave enough thread to tie off and to finish of then go around with lace a cleaver idea must give it a try, Don't forget to add the ribbon at the top of the heart allows to hang in closset.
