I thought it is appropriate to tell you about the wonderful service at Julias Needle Designs. I've come accross this site when I joined Cute and really likes Cindy's designs. Since her pricing structure is so good I very often buy the new sets when they come out and when she runs a special like during Christmas time I always browse again through her site and get me a few more sets. Well I finally started sorting my designs and in the process looked at all my purchased designs as I keep them separate from the freebies and although I thought I was so organised I did buy a duplicate. Cindy replaced this without question with another set. Stunning designs by a stunning lady. I declare myself a devoted buyer.

I love the lacy sunbonnets and all those sassy girls. Lately I was hooked on the grannies too. Last December I took chiffon and made my mom a tea net with the little tea sunbonnets. My sister got a set of the Christmas sassys on serviettes. I gave everyone something made by me. The men got some fudge.

I experienced almost the same from www.emblibrary.com I just ordered an XL that I could not fit in my hoop, they replaced the entire set no questions. Emblibrary employees are courteous and generous.

Good to hear of such good service or consideration.

So true and like I've mentioned her prices really are affordable. It probably would not have been a loss if she did not do anything and I should have had a better control. I've stitched out many of her designs and got joy from them but now from this incident knows her heart also is in her work, which makes me like them even more.

At least when it happens it really makes your day. Yes and daily we experience how service deteriorates and you kind of feel so bad to complain. Then comes the occasion where you are at fault and you are treated so well.
