It is getting so frustrating. It doesn't do it as much during embroidering as it does during sewing. Also it is not warning me when my bobbin is getting low. I am taking it is for service right before I leave on vacation, but I took it in a few years ago because it was doing the same thing and it didn't help. Ugh pay all that money for a good machine....

I will suggest that to the machine shop about the power cord and see what they have to say. Atleast that gives me something to go with. THanks all

daughter was having that problem with her Babylock Ellegante & they replaced the power cord. No more problems after that. *

My 2500 did the same thing. Took it back 6 times and finally got so frustrated, traded it in. Loved the machine but couldn't tolerate the down time.

I used to have one. Sometimes the power cord can come loose. I have an Elna Quilter's Pro, and the little power cord thing does come loose and the machine stops.
Not much you can do unless you want to buy a new power cord.
