psssst
I wasn't suggesting that Metro thread wasn't good.

I just believe it is a good idea to try a cone or 2 before making a major purchase so you can see how it runs in your machine and see how you like it.

When starting out in embroidery you usually find you have to buy several colors and even at low prices it is a major purchase.

I think it is good to compare different brands of thread and types of thread so one gets to know what they like and how each stitches out.

Metro is a great thread, I don't know of any one on here that has had a problem with it. I personally have bought the first tow sets that came out and have had no problem with it.

When trying a different Brand of thread or a different type of thread such as Rayon or Polyester it is a good idea to buy just a cone or 2 and try it out on your machine.

There may be a difference on how it runs and you may have to adjust your thread tensions on your machine in order to get a good stitch out with each type or brand.
Take the time to test a cone or 2 first before purchasing a a large amount.

Thank you for the link 0 I saved it to my favorites! I think I may order the mini-spool package, as it's pretty inexpensive when you break it down per spool. Including the shipiing, it is still cheaper than buying the thread I normally buy (and it has the same amount of thread on it).
