HELP NEEDED PLEASE…………..

Can anyone help
I have been given a Pfaff 4D program unfortunately when I tried to install it I didn’t have the code, didn’t think of this as I have a Janome Pro and as long as you have the Dongle it works.

jancee, good luck in finding the code and dongle - you will need them both.

The code is in the paperwork, usually a green sheet that is included in your packaging. You have to have the dongle, and the code! If you lose (DON'T) the dongle, they will NOT replace it! You have to buy a whole new program....guard that dongle!

I have 4-D and I love it!!! But you do have to have the Dongle in a USB port to use theprogram. Hugs, Judy

Who ever gave you the 4D has the code, get it from them. And if it takes a dongle you have to get the dongle from that person otherwise you are out of luck.
