Hi Elkety,
Just place your stabilizer in your hoop and stitch the 1st colour on the paper.
This is the placement line, were the top ring of your hanger will stitch.Take off machine ,and spray the paper. Now Place you fabric/towel over this triangel stitching line. 2nd colour is cutting line. stitch this and take out of machine and just cut away the fabric in the ring,
do not cut the stitches. Next colour will stitch the centre part for you. next colour is just a zig zag around the design . The last colour is the satin stitching around the edge.
Your Hanger is now done.
