Will lift you up in prayer asking that you will have a speedy recovery. There are new medicines out even though it's only been three years since your last attack. Take it easy and rest in God's care. God bless, Judy *4U
I am slowly doing better. I am hoping that I don't have to go back on heavy meds. My Dr.'s app't is next Tuessday and I am hoping I will be healthy enough to just need an inhaler.
Look after yourself and take it easy. Will pray that all will go well for you
Thank you. I am being a good girl, taking my medicine and staying out of the wind. Each day seems to be a little better.
Hi I have asthma too real bad. I am on so many inhalers it is crazy. Usually a change in the seasons sets me up for a loop. It could be just changing your environment did it. As soon as you get acclamated you'll be OK.I know how you feel. I was house bound for 2 months getting over an attack that was hours away from admitting me to the hospital. I don't think I left the couch for a month. All I did was lay there and do my nebulizer every few hours along with a host of other meds and i coughed for 4 months afterwards. I don't want to go through that again either. Try not to worry stress is bad. Try to get on and do the things you love instead and it will lift the worry. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers too. Take care Suzanne
Suzanne, you are a sweetheart. Thanks for understanding my fear. I hate being housebound and tied to meds and being a burden on my Handsome Hubby. I realize that I need to be very careful of how much time I spend outdoors and how strong the wind is blowing. I will continue to spend my time sewing, etc and I do try to keep my stress down. Again thanks and take care of yourself.
Dear 02kar, I hope God listens to my prayers, and them are going your way. Take care of yourself.
Love,Yoriko
Thanjk you and I know He listens to our prayers. I have been praying for you since I heard you had spent a brief visit in the hospital. I hope you are feeling better.
prayers for you are coming your way, try to take it easy
and don't hesitate to go a a doctor,Since it was 3 years ago;they have perhaps a new treatment for you.prayers and hugs for you.
I played it very safe and went to the ER the same day. I now have an inhaler and steriods and see my Dr. next Tues. Thank you for the prayers. I am feeling better today, just weak.
I will pray for you. I don't know much about asthma. I do know that stress is never good for us. Please try to have good thoughts and relax.
Thanks. You are so sweet. I am feeling better, but still get out of breath if I move too fast so I I am a snail.
Oh my dear, I will be praying for you - I used to have bronchitis all the time - a bit different than asthma - but it also was difficult to get over - especially when I was stressed out over it. The very best thing you can do - is relax, see a doctor and take medicine if they prescribe it for you - do deep breathing and relax.
Thanks and I keep you in prayer. And I already have a doctor's appointment and I am being very good about taking my medicine. I feel better if I stay quiet, but today I am going out with a friend to look at fabric, and whatnot. She went with me to the ER while my husband took care of our visiting friends. I promise I will keep breathing.
Hi 02Kar - I really feel for you - our grandson had a bad attack on the weekend and was in hospital. Our new baby Cooper also has been sick with it this week. I'll certainly add you to our prayers.
Thank God for all his blessings. Love Chris
Thanks. I will pray for your grandson and Cooper. It grieves me to see such young children suffer.
Oh, dear! N.D.'s environment should be intirely different from Texas, but I guess you already knew that! I pray that this was just a fluke and won't happen to you again.;)
I think it is related to very strong winds picking up and swirling around pollen, etc. I am learning the Plains states are very windy as well as flat.
