for us and have kits with material, lace, etc. We do have to take our basic sewing tools and some emb. supplies. I hope to learn something about heirloom sewing, I have the kit but have never used it.

Hi! That is my favorite store. I was in there today while you all were stitching on the Diamonds. ... had to pick up a sample dress so I had it to make a pattern so I can finish more dresses for a charity project that Kathy is doing up there at the store. We have done 100 and will hopefully do 200 more for missions work around the globe.

You folks looked like you were having fun in there !

Hey, I wish you could've taken the class too. Do you live there in Huntsville? I live in Rainsville, Al. I wanted to go help sew those pillowcase dresses that day, but had other things to do. Yes, we had fun in the class. Maybe we'll meet someday.

Yes, thank you. I was very excited about this class. I just wish that we had finished our quilts. We did pintucks and pinless lace shaping on one block, cathedral lace windows on another block,a puffing block, and Maderia applique on the 4th block. I too wish you could've been there.

Know you will love it. I've gone to Martha Pullen's school there in Huntsville twice. My daughter lives there so I have a place to stay! It's a great school if you ever get the chance to go. Where's the class you're going to? Who's the teacher?

The class was great. I've never been to a Martha Pullen school, maybe someday. That's great that your daughter lives there in Huntsville. The class was at S&R Sewing, the teacher was Barbara Moore. We did not get our quilts finished.

Can't wait to see your project. If I ever have a grand-daughter, an heirloom project will be my priority! :)

Well, the class was great, but no one finished their quilt. So I don't know when I'll ever finish it. I do not have GD's either, two GS's. Well, I do have two step great GD's, maybe I'll be able to make something for them.

I hope you have a wonderful time. Be sure to post a pic of your finished project. I so miss classes. Here in North Dakota, not much is offered unless it is related to quilting.

Thank you, I haven't ever posted a pic of anything I've made. Will try to figure it out. How long have you been into embroidery? Is it only a hobby or do you make money at it?
