Acro is acrobatic gymnasitcs. Competition is done in pairs, trios, or more with gymnastics, tumbling, balance, and strength routines put to music. Some of it is done with daring height tricks.

Those pictures are awesome. Thank you for sharing. It is so good for them. Hats off to you as well. Having had competative swimmers and gymnists I know the dedication it takes. Big pats on the girls backs :)

I am a gymnastics coach with two daughters who would have loved to have gone this route. Our gym did not have a coach. Now a day I make it a point to put two acro posses in each of my end of the year shows. How lucky your girls are to have these skills. They look great.

Beautiful "sewmom" my daughter Dana was State and National champion here in New South Wales when she was a teenager for Women's Artistic Gymnastics. She used to do the balance beam, floor, uneven bars and vault. She still can do some amazing things and is nearly 29.

I can see how strong your girls are by their muscle tone! It's an awesome sport. Congratulations to all of them. I am sure you have many medals and trophies. It's such a beautiful sport to watch.

Love and blessings Chris

Do you have any pictures to share" Your daughter sounds very talented. Do you think she can still do the splits? It's the funniest thing, I used to do splits when I was a teenager and now, after I see my girls, I have dreams that I can still do them. LOL!!

Your girls are amazing; I'm praying that they did well in the state meet and that everyone is well and without injury!

No injuries during the meet, thankfully. Youngest daughter hurt her thumb in school PE last week and had to take it easy during practice before this meet. But it is healing fine, it was just bruised/sprained.
