Don't know if you received the answer you were asking, or if you have figured it out yet. :) Just click on the design you want and it will take you to another page then click on the machine you use and it will zip onto your computer. I have two file folders one is for downloads and once I unzip them they go to my embroidery folder where I have them in different categories. :)

However you can download the Designs by Cuties for free. up at the top of the page click on the designs by Cuties in orange and if you find one there you like you can get it for free. Right now is a good time to get a membership with cute cause the price is reduced for a short time. I hope this helps. Good Luck and welcome to Cute.
