Joye, Windows download manager downloads. You will need Customizer to open your jef files. Adobe Reader opens PDF files.

27382You don't need a program to download the design files. Usually just left clicking on the link will begin the download. Sometimes you might need to right click on the link to begin the download.

That is what I thought too, but I guess it was going through Adobe Reader. I have the Abode Reader working, but now I still can't download everywhere I want to. I don't know what is wrong.
