It's not only in your embroidery software that you have to change the hoopsize - usually that's easy - but your machine has to recognise the hoop. And that is a matter of machine software. My Designer1 could be updated for new hoopsizes by downloading an upgrade for the machine. I'd ask my dealer if I were you.
When you go to Embird Manager and right click on the design name in the right hand panel, then go to Input/Output operations, you can see several possibilities. For Singer it only states 'Output to Singer EMD smart media card', the only machine you can send a design to is Barudan.
Hi,
I work with embird, but I doesn't know your machine.
In Embird you can choose the size of the hoop depending on the type of your machine. You can enlarge the size of the hoop even for smaller designs to add some components.
For Singer there are 8 different sizes - one may work?
If you didn't save the size in embird before you save the design on you stick or disk or file, the machine cannot know the size.
Hope it helps you
