I've got a few embroidery projects that I will have to finish as well as getting ahead with my work. I've had eye problems for many years now and had corneal transplants in both eyes years ago. For the past 5 years I've battled to keep glasses longer than 8 months before they no longer work for me. Been to the specialist about 2 weeks ago and he discovered that the wound in one of the eyes is slipping meaning that there is uncontrollable astagmatism which causes the problem. He is now going to do surgery to see if it can be corrected without going through another transplant. It means about 2 to 3 weeks of work and about 8 months of good care. So I will be going in next week but before then I need to finish off all things. Would hate to stress about that too. Now i'm not scared but I'm not sure how I wll handle it next week.
