Yes, I had a little trouble but got it resolved and I'm running fine. You need to go to Janome.com and download the update for Vista (Windows 7 is just and upgrade of vista) Make sure your virus protection is off for the download. Uninstall DP and start over. Don't insert your dongle until you are finished. First load the original software, then load the updates. If you need more than one, load them in order. When you are finished, then open the program and wait for it to ask for the dongle. If you still have problems, you may have to see your dealer. I had trouble with the HASP Driver which is what recognizes the security dongle and was able to get the updated driver from my dealer. Send me a PM if you need more help.

You will have to check your digitixer Pro and see if they have a up date so you can use it I wanted to buy embird and they told me it would not work so I am getting brothers PE the dealer said they had a up date so I can use it.
