I'm sorry you have no answers, maybe no-one here has any experience with these two items. I certainly don't so I apologise that I cannot help you other than suggest you write to each manufacturer and ask if their product is the same as the other brand's product.
Perhaps overnight you may get another Cutie who will be able to assist you better.
