She may get your request faster if you used the Private Message feature. Type her name in the search box for members. Click on it and it will take you to a page with her information and a box to send a message that will only go to her. If you have a private message you will see a +number on your tab at the top when in the community section. I will send you one so you can see the process if you haven't already.
