next to a number, that is were you can change the size of your words on the computor screen. You can take them up really big.

The larger you get the less words show on you screen. Mine is localed above the color.
to change the size of type, click on the number with the % sign.. and a box well come up so you can pick your size, or if you can see the + and - sign you can use them too.

I hope this helps those of you who have ageing eyes.

Love to all, BrendaLea

Perhaps you looked wher I did, on the bottom right of my computer screen. Try looking at the bottom right of the page you have open.

I never knew this, thank you very much. I jumped mine to 125%, and it helped. Now I do not have to have my nose on the screen to read. H&*

Thanks so much! I had no idea that could be done. I do have problems with my eyes but so far, I can see the print okay. It will get worse as times goes by so this is nice to know! I still wear contacts for now but am not sure I will be able to continue as time goes by. I have had contacts for more years than I can remember and do well with them. The glands behind/under my ears used to swell when I was wearing glasses but that was sooooo long ago. I have the starting of cataracts(way too soon for surgery) and the eye DR is watching me very close because I have all the signs of glaucoma in the test that they run but not in my eyesight as of yet! They get very crazy with all the tests that they run!!! Thanks again, Linda

Linda,
A prayer for you!
Father, I ask that you lay your loving hands on Linda's eyes and heal them. Bless her with the love that only comes from you. In the name of the Father, The son , and the Holy Ghost.
Amen

I will keep you on my prayer list.

I can push "control" at the same time as "+" to make everything bigger. Then "control" "-" to make it smaller again.

If you have a wheel mouse (with the cursor in view on the screen somewhere) you can old down the CTRL key and at the same time scroll the wheel away from you and you will zoom in to make everything on the page larger. Scroll towards you will zoom back out.

Hugs n roses, Meganne

Sorry about the typing error, I am still up and it's 4:00 A.M. here. The % is above my clock, not my color! I think I better go to bed :)
