I signed up for the 6-month membership. Now tell me how do I download when it tells me I'm not a member? My payment was confirmed.

We apparently have to wait till Veronkia comes back from holiday. My account was confirmed 1 Jan but I am still unable to access the downloads.

Nanna Kay, I believe the memberships are "turned on" by Veronika manually, it's not an automatic system. Usually it doesn't take too much time to connect, but sometimes there's a bit of a delay in being able to download. First, make sure you're using the name and e-mail you signed up with. All those things have to match. If you're still having trouble and you've waited a few hours, send an e-mail to support at the 'contact us' button at the bottom of the page. In the subject line, make sure you put something like "purchased membership, can't download", so whoever is reading it will know it's urgent and get to it first. Keep your language simple, because the staff's first language is not English. Rest assured, it'll get fixed for you, then you'll be downloading like crazy, hee hee hee. I'm not sure. I have heard this problem several times before. Try sending a message to Veronika the site owner. Click on contact us at the bottom of the page. Good Luck.
