When I try to open a PDF file on a site a get a blank page. When there is a pdf on my pc it's oke!

I was having trouble with the same thing happening when I tried to d/l pdfs from Embroidery Library. I knew I had the same pdf program for several years so I d/l the pdf program from Embroidery Library and have not had a problem since. It is in their Projects Section. Usually at the end of each of their individual projects.

Is there a place you can get help from Adobe site for this question? I would google Adobe, most sites have comment help. Hope this is of some help. H&*.

I only can access Adobe and then there is a message that that there is an error and the program must be closed.
But thank for your advice

you might have a block with your virus software, I would check your settings to make sure it is not blocking pdf files might be why you can not dl a new version too.

I have this problem if I have the Adobe PDF reader set in 'print preview'. Otherwise I can see the file on-line just fine. Have you tried saving the file and then opening it off your computer? Double check the print preview though - if that's the view you are getting there should be a button on the top center of the page that says close. Close the preview view and you should be okay.

Sorry, but i cannot save the file when I get an empty file ( a blank page is all i see)
A saved file on my pc is not a problem
