I've been told this is a small bump in the road, but goodness, it's sure an irritating one! lol... I'm glad I took 2 weeks off because i may be sitting here in San Diego until I start my new position in Texas on the 23rd.

I have to keep reminding myself that GOD goes before us to make our crooked places straight. There is a reason for this delay, and I may never really find out why, but I have to trust in, cling to and rely upon the fact that HE knows what's best, not necessarily me. In the mean time, I have had two awesome days with some friends and got to do some really fun things.

So, I sit here waiting ladies. The weather was gorgeous today... I guess there could be worse places to be detained. he he

The really, really bad thing Teri is when you are on the other end & they have lost the van all your stuff is in. That's what happened to me. 2 weeks later they finally tell me they located the van in Texas . Driver had parked it when he had mechanical problems & left everything at some garage to be worked on. (If they just hadn't told me it was lost. Ir went from Okla. to Al. via Texas(go figure on that one). Good thing we had fmly here or we would have been in a Motel. Hope by now it's all where u want it. Lillian

Teri - I know that things will work out for you. I hope by now that you know about the movers, and that you can get to your new locations, and enjoy Texas. We are all rooting for you, and know that you will do well. Hugs

Don't you hate waiting?! It's so hard to sit around and see your plans go haywire. I wish you the patience of a saint and a safe and pleasant journey!

I know how hard it is to wait - when you are ready to go - but as you say - in God's time. *4U

Oh I hope and pray the move is going smoothly from now on. It can be so upsetting when one is at the mercy of a company. It is difficult at times not to be anxious and trust.
