Last Christmas I made 67 FSL ornaments on felt material, because I hadn't done FSL yet. Still haven't but I want to try some. I just do not understand why they wouldn't fall apart! Silly me! **

thanks for the answer and it's really good to know that these deigns can be used either way you want with just testing first.

thank you for this question because I fell in love with the FSL mermaids from Ace Points. Or did anybody see that design in the "normal version" (will mean just for stitching,no FSL)?

It depends on the density. I have a few FSL designs I would not use that way. When in doubt, test stitch it on a scrap of the same fabric.

tallie, yes of coarse it can - it might be thicker than regular embroidery - so make sure that you use enough stablizer for the density of the design. *4U
